Call for registration fee waiver for low-income participants

The fee waiver request period for the 14th INTERAB is now open. You can already access the official notice on the “Registration fees and deadlines” page of the official INTERAB website or click here.

Here is the general information regarding the official notice:

Who can apply for a request for a fee waiver?

Undergraduate and graduate students in Language, Linguistics, and Literature programmes who simultaneously meet the following criteria are eligible to apply:

• are not scholarship holders;
• do not have paid employment;
• have a family income below one and a half minimum wages.

How many fee waivers are available?

The Association will offer a total of 60 full fee waivers (30 for undergraduate students and 30 for graduate students).

How to apply for the fee waiver?

Applications must be submitted via the following form: https://forms.gle/ojj9aNoM7dVo3adm6

The form must be completed between August 5 and September 5, 2025, exclusively through the link provided in the call.

Applications submitted after the deadline will not, under any circumstances, be considered, unless an extension is officially announced.

What documents are required?

Applicants must upload PDF copies of the following documents via the form, according to their profile and the programme selected:

• National ID document (RG);
• Individual Taxpayer Registry document (CPF);
• Proof of enrollment issued by the programme office or system (for undergraduate and graduate students);
• Official document confirming updated registration in the Cadastro Único (Single Registry for Social Programs).

Important dates:

• 08/05 – Publication of the fee waiver official notice
• 08/15 – Deadline for submitting questions regarding the official notice
• 09/05 – Last day to apply for the fee waiver
• 09/10 – Publication of results
